Responsibilities for this Quality Control Engineer:
- Support and strengthen our SQF and food safety programs
- Lead quality and process improvements that directly impact production
- Troubleshoot with operations and apply engineering problem?solving
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions
- Build a strong food safety culture through training and communication.
Minimum Requirements Quality Control Engineer:
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or Packaging,
- Internship to 3 years in packaging, paper, food, or manufacturing quality
- HACCP Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Comfortable using meters, gauges, and basic testing tools
- Clear communicator with strong analytical and RCA skills
- Bonus: JD Edwards, Quality Windows, or ParcView experience.
